The Metropolitan Opera seeks an HR Process Improvement Specialist to join our HR operations and benefits teams. This role will focus on process improvement and data analysis, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives across the HR operations and benefits teams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and other systems.
  • Analyze financial data and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with IS and HR operations to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in computer science or related field, or certifications.
  • 1-2 years experience working with data entry and process improvement in a cross-departmental function.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with other MS Office applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

This role offers a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The Metropolitan Opera values diversity and inclusion and encourages applications from qualified candidates.
