Job Description

Company Overview: Interplace is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources department, including employee documentation, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Manage office operations, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and supplies management.
  • Serve as an executive secretary to the CEO and Head of HR, handling scheduling, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate events, including internal and external social events, and the annual Holiday party.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English and Japanese (read and write) fluency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce/Ringi approval process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on a team and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of issues and their resolution.

Benefits:

  • Part-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-4, with a one-hour paid lunch break.
  • Opportunity to work in either the Manhattan or Staten Island office.
