About the Job

The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, focusing on functions and services to support the HR Team. This team member will be working closely with the HR department to ensure the smooth operation of HR-related tasks.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating new hire orientation schedules, processing employee updates, managing the HR department inbox, and assisting the HR Generalist in the administration of employee benefits.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one (1) year experience in Human Resources or customer service, preferably within a law firm or professional services organization. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
