Administrative HR Coordinator

About the Role
Marc Jacobs International seeks an experienced Administrative HR Coordinator to join its Human Resources team based in New York City. This part-time position will run from November through January, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations team
- Own the initial onboarding system review for all new hires
- Manage the general HR inbox and distribute emails to relevant team members
- Maintain the HR employee tracker
- Initiate the IT notification process and distribute offboarding information
- Follow-up on departure report submissions and acknowledge new hires
- Create and maintain digital employee-files and send Welcome emails
- Perform weekly global HRIS maintenance and support ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on process efficiency
- Ability to take direction and operate independently while exercising discretion and confidentiality
- Prior HRIS and/or HR admin experience is a plus
Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role ranges from $24-25, with pay determined by the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
