The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to payroll, data management, and HRIS platforms. Strong organizational and process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail is essential. Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 base salary + 10% bonus, comprehensive benefits, including fertility support, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage and Optimize HR Systems: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR systems, including Rippling and the PEO platform.
  • Oversee Payroll Processes: Collaborate with finance to ensure seamless setup and auditing of employee data.
  • Administer 401(k) Process: Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of all steps.
  • Data Analysis: Create dashboards, analyze data to identify trends, and build presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support HR Platforms: Improve usage and streamline processes for maximum effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Act as a backup for the receptionist role when needed and assist with general administrative tasks.
