Job DescriptionThe New York Public Library is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Service Center Page to provide operational and administrative support to the HR team. As a key member of the HR Service Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of employee benefit event transactions and providing expert guidance to employees and managers.

This role is ideal for someone looking to pursue a career in Human Resources with excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities. You will work closely with the Associate Manager, HR Operations, to assist with correspondence, filing, and other administrative duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phones, ordering supplies, and performing special projects as required.

The successful candidate will have current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited school and proper employment certification for minors under 18 as required by NYS law. They will also possess strong technology skills, including Google applications and intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

**Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year**
