  • Develops and executes sales initiatives and associated activities, including client renewals, promotional offers, and pricing incentives.
  • Identifies suitable product details to cater to the specific needs of each client, facilitating upselling opportunities and achieving sales objectives.
  • Tracks team performance against established goals and provides strategic guidance in sales techniques and relationship management.
  • Oversees a small team of professional staff engaged in high-volume, repetitive transactions.
  • Aids in the formulation of operational processes and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the building materials sector
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
