Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the daily functions of the inside sales team focused on a designated territory or client base, primarily engaging in remote sales interactions.
- Leverages marketing insights and field sales data to comprehend the distinct requirements of clients, prevailing market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develops and executes sales initiatives and associated activities, including client renewals, promotional offers, and pricing incentives.
- Identifies suitable product details to cater to the specific needs of each client, facilitating upselling opportunities and achieving sales objectives.
- Tracks team performance against established goals and provides strategic guidance in sales techniques and relationship management.
- Oversees a small team of professional staff engaged in high-volume, repetitive transactions.
- Aids in the formulation of operational processes and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the building materials sector
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
