- Tracks team performance against established goals and provides strategic mentorship in sales techniques and relationship management.

Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, ideally within the building materials sector
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
