Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct compliance reviews and tax return approvals at the managerial level.
  • Examine Federal and State Corporate tax returns, including Form 1120-PC and Form 1120-L.
  • Oversee engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm.
  • Guide, mentor, and support staff to foster their development and enhance the tax function.
  • Stay informed about emerging tax issues and general business trends impacting clients.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience serving clients within the Insurance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA, EA, or JD designation.
  • Over 6 years of progressive tax experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience, including mentoring and advising associates.

New York

For NYC and California, the anticipated salary range for this position is between 85,000 and 150,000. The range for this position in other regions may vary based on market differences. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
