Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct data entry and ensure the accuracy of customer records within our CRM platform.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients, fostering positive relationships.
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based CRM applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a must.
