About the Role

PDS Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth strategy for our assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to front office team members in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in ensuring the PDS Operational Model (Perfect Patient Experience) is executed to gain Patients for Life.
  • Team Development: Work with team members to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth, and ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure office is following PDS standards in respect to facility cleanliness and maintenance, and maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Lead and participate in daily huddles and all other meetings as required, and demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Experience: Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business.
  • Skills: Results Oriented, Effective Team Builder, Patient Advocate, Process Focused Operator, Financial Acumen, Influencer, and Self-motivated individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
