We're seeking an experienced Chef / Executive Kitchen Manager to join our team at our Del Mar restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes that align with our brand's culinary vision
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create seasonal menu changes and maintain consistency across all locations
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
