The Bachrach Group LTD. is seeking a Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in vendor relations and procurement to lead our strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices in vendor management, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with various stakeholders.

About the Role

This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors, negotiating competitive pricing and contract terms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure favorable pricing and terms.
  • Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement KPIs to measure and track vendor effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Vendor Relations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in vendor management.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with various stakeholders
