About the Job: The Senior Sales Manager at AMBOSS plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships with residency programs across the United States and Canada. In this position, you will develop and execute a sales plan that targets teaching hospitals, identifies opportunities for partnership and collaboration, and promotes AMBOSS products and services. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target teaching hospitals with residency programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residency program directors, GME leadership, faculty members, and administrative staff at teaching hospitals.
  • Pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with teaching hospitals to promote AMBOSS products and services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of outbound sales experience with a documented history of sales goal attainment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Sales experience within the healthcare industry, preferably within medical education or clinical decision-support fields.
  • A medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification.
