Job Overview

This senior leadership position is responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and sponsorship sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the marketing, media, and/or advertising industry, with expertise in consultative sales, business development, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for ANA's Strategic Partner program, ensuring mutually beneficial opportunities for partners to engage with members.
  • Sell a la carte sponsorship packages for ANA's national industry conferences, leveraging relationships within the industry to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Logistics, and the CMO group, to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship sales and partner activation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8-10 years of consultative sales, business development, and/or account management experience.
  • A deep understanding and track record of success in the marketing, media, and/or advertising industry.
  • Highly organized, detailed, accurate, and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Metric-driven sales 'hunter' with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency.

Salary: $145,000-$155,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications.
