Strategic Partnership Growth Manager

The GM of Strategic Partnerships, HCM will be responsible for building and managing Nayya's most strategic partnerships with HR Tech platforms and Point Solutions. This role requires a strong commercial acumen to broker high-value deals with enterprise-level companies, creating a playbook for growth, retention, and expansion.
This visionary leader will need to understand our partners' organization and Nayya's products to develop trust, providing strategic guidance and collaboration. The successful candidate will drive revenue goals, manage high-impact deals, and craft compelling value propositions to encourage partners to adopt Nayya solutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $210,000-$230,000 based on location, with opportunities for growth and empowerment in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Benefits include employer-paid healthcare, stock options, and a values-based culture that emphasizes autonomy and innovation.
