As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mission to revolutionize the retail industry with cutting-edge AI technology. Based in the USA, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

This dynamic role involves managing the end-to-end sales process with partners, aligning business goals, and ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into partner offerings. You will serve as the bridge between internal teams and partners, facilitating smooth and effective partnerships across four main categories: referral partners, tech partnerships, solution partners, and resellers.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic partners, serving as the primary point of contact, and understanding their needs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Developing and executing a partner-driven sales strategy aimed at increasing market penetration and revenue, collaborating with partners to identify new opportunities, and driving mutual growth.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner needs are met and solutions are successfully integrated, providing feedback from partners to refine product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Tracking performance of partner sales activities, regularly reporting on key metrics such as revenue growth, pipeline development, and partnership success, analyzing partnership effectiveness, and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Training and Enablement: Ensuring partners are fully trained on products and solutions, enabling them to effectively position and sell our offerings, creating and delivering training programs and resources to enhance partner knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities and inform sales strategies, providing insights and recommendations on how to strengthen the partner ecosystem.


We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. If you have a proven track record in managing partner sales processes, achieving revenue targets, and building strong partner relationships, we encourage you to apply.
