About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships to join our team at Jubilee Media. As a key member of our Brand Partnerships team, you'll be responsible for forging and fostering connections with top brands to drive business collaborations and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, a strategic approach to brand partnerships, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with our Head of Brand Partnerships to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sponsorship concepts, and manage the finance process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic prospecting and identify key opportunities for Jubilee to connect with top brands
  • Forge new business relationships with a variety of existing and new business clients
  • Own the strategy of and aim to meet the brand partnership team's quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Manage inbound proposals and identify high-interest opportunities to collaborate
  • Leverage your target client research to create stunning and tailored pitch decks and creative write-ups
  • Work side-by-side with Jubilee's Creative Team to develop sponsorship concepts that are authentic to Jubilee's mission and brand voice
  • Author and achieve elevated creative responses for Jubilee's brand partnerships pitches
  • Work with our accounting department to manage the finance process
  • Communicate with Jubilee's internal team to ensure project timelines and standards are met with ease
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of Account Executive/Management experience either at an advertising agency or in house
  • High-level thinker with a strategic and personable approach to brand collaboration
  • Extremely comfortable and confident pitching collaboration opportunities to different clients and companies
  • Fluency in digital media trends, strategies and brand partnership best practices
  • Experience collaborating with production and creative teams is a strong plus This role will oversee the execution of sold projects with support from relevant cross-department team leads
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to grow within the organization
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
