Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in identifying their needs and effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services. A friendly demeanor and a passion for customer service are essential to making a significant impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
  • Actively connect with customers to foster relationships.
  • Inquire about and listen to customer needs.
  • Guide customers to products while informing them about promotions and events.
CLIENT RELATIONS
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Build and maintain respectful and inclusive relationships.
STORE MAINTENANCE
  • Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
SALES STRATEGY
  • Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer preferences.
  • Stay informed about current trends and promotions to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Utilize the Point-of-Sales system for transactions and manage cash handling accurately.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and reports as required.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee merchandise inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
RELIABILITY
  • Adhere to your scheduled shifts and follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

PRODUCT FAMILIARITY
  • Basic understanding of retail products.
EXPERIENCE
  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
COMMUNICATION ABILITIES
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines and procedural manuals.
  • Effective communication with customers and team members.
MATH SKILLS
  • Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
  • Ability to multitask while being attentive to customer needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This role involves continuous movement, communication, and standing for extended periods.
  • May require lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work is primarily indoors, with some outdoor tasks as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
