Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively promote and demonstrate Aesop products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall commercial success of the store.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and understand Aesop's products and services.
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days per week, including weekends.
