Casper Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to every customer that walks through our doors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Help Casper maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting guest contact information and inviting individuals to trial our products.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise, ensuring that customers receive accurate and informed advice.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual integrity of the store, ensuring that the sales floor and displays are always well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Sales Processing and Inventory Management: Create and process in-store sales, process and receive inventory replenishments, and assist with setting up and executing community programs and events.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams, such as tech, marketing, design, and product, to constantly improve the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail: Effective and expedient problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for Casper's Mission and Values: Passion for Casper's core mission and values, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experiential Retail Knowledge: Understanding and appreciation of experiential retail, with the ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet all day.
  • Technical Skills: Mac and Google suite proficiency is a plus.
