Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan. As a Legal Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Assist with litigation support, including preparing and organizing case materials.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to improve office productivity.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a legal administrative position.
  • 6+ months of litigation experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
