About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Mindful Care. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and rescheduling, ensuring seamless communication and timely appointments.
  • Collect payments and handle billing inquiries, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Triaging incoming inquiries from other departments, re-engaging patients who have missed appointments, and providing support to patients in need.
  • Manage in-office appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective communication with patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office, hospital, or clinic environment, with a focus on mental health care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
