As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a vital role in driving new client acquisitions and nurturing relationships with existing customers.

The Challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team in the Midwestern United States. You will be responsible for consistently generating, qualifying, and closing opportunities that help our customers build trust and drive revenue for OneTrust.

Your Mission

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and exceptional value-based sales skills to develop effective solutions and address complex customer challenges. You will also offer valuable insights and best practices to our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass sales quotas
  • Proactively generate pipeline through outreach, even while closing deals
  • Utilize your resourcefulness to identify and engage stakeholders, leaders, and champions to effectively execute the sales strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering teams to successfully land and expand key accounts
  • Conduct two-sided discovery and communicate impeccably to understand customer needs and deliver valuable solutions
  • Stay informed about key competitors and their strategies to clearly differentiate OneTrust's offerings
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning OneTrust as a trusted advisor
  • Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory
Requirements

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hunting mentality and a consultative approach. You should have:

  • Extensive experience (ideally 12+ years) in selling B2B enterprise-level software or related technologies
  • Currently resides in the Chicagoland area
  • Proven success in value selling, executive alignment, and solution selling
  • Strong track record of acquiring new logos while growing and supporting existing key accounts
  • Experience in conducting sales presentations and demos
  • Proficiency with CRM solutions
