Facilities Operations Coordinator

The Facilities Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of various facilities, including offices and grounds. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, from maintenance and repairs to providing support for team activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the inventory of supplies and equipment using an ATS program, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance of stock levels.
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of rooms for meetings and events, ensuring all arrangements meet the required standards.
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring all necessary items are readily available.
- Perform minor landscaping duties and snow removal as needed to maintain the facility's exterior.
- Coordinate with external vendors for larger repair and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to foster a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Encourage innovative thinking and ownership of tasks among team members to align with the company's vision.
- Support a work culture that values work-life balance and promotes both personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance is essential.
- Familiarity with various Inventory Tracking Systems (ITS) is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a maintenance role with limited supervision is desirable.
- Technical expertise in compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment with flexible scheduling.
- A valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this position ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience. Additionally, employees are offered comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with paid holidays, retirement benefits, mental health counseling services, and paid sick leave.
