Position Overview: We are seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to support our facilities management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site and Vendor Management: Oversee site operations in alignment with established policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendors for various services including janitorial, landscaping, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service levels are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Financial Oversight: Support budget preparation and financial reporting, managing vendor invoices and payments effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a motivated team, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement operational procedures and monitor performance to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance service efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in facilities management.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in using work order and asset management software.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military service or higher education in a related field.
  • Experience in managing manufacturing or laboratory facilities.
