  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with budgetary inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address any financial or budgeting concerns.
  • Support facility-specific cost-saving initiatives to help the account achieve substantial savings.
  • Assist with requests related to management and operational audits.
  • Provide assistance to guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
  • Help in receiving and dispatching work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers.
  • Resolve issues related to all building services, including janitorial, parking, badging, conference rooms, and furnishings.
  • Coordinate special events in support of clients or the organization.
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Support management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, and purchasing as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison with clients, visitors, and guests.
  • Work collaboratively to solve problems and address unique situations with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure the delivery of promised services and overall satisfaction with performance.
  • Exhibit leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
  • Review invoices, receipts, and work orders/tickets.
  • Contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators and favorable scores on client satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
  • Continuously seek to enhance processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Provide direction and information to vendors and facilities staff to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work.
  • Manage inventory and stocking of office supplies.
  • Coordinate vendor services.
  • Act as a liaison for space planning, coordinating with leads on team growth and workstation needs.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages as needed.
  • Post signage for the office as requested.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Manage landlord relations.
  • Conduct monthly site audits, including inspections and vendor audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong planning and time management abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative approach.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Facility Management preferred.
COMPENSATION

Estimated compensation for this position is:

57,200.00 USD per year

This compensation range includes total compensation, including bonuses if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. Employment offers are based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and market data alignment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position may require on-site presence.
