Responsibilities

The Site Acquisition Project Manager is responsible for crafting strategies that not only meet but exceed client expectations, while overseeing daily project schedules, financials, and customer relationships.

This position allows for remote work; however, candidates should reside in proximity to major Texas cities. Occasional travel for site visits and meetings with local authorities is required.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, depending on experience.

Key Duties Include:

  • Guide Site Acquisition Specialists in all facets of site acquisition, equipping them with the necessary tools and strategies for success.
  • Establish timelines for site acquisition milestones and ensure accountability among team members.
  • Set performance goals and conduct evaluations for Site Acquisition Specialists.
  • Act as a liaison among the site acquisition team, RF engineers, construction teams, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide updates and forecasts for all site acquisition activities.
  • Resolve site acquisition challenges effectively.
  • Manage site-related issues before and after construction.
  • Oversee project financials in accordance with milestones to guarantee accurate revenue recognition throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Align with customer expectations and maintain communication regarding project status.
  • Collaborate with the scoping team to ensure accurate Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Coordinate with the Launchpad Organization to facilitate project progression through the site acquisition lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Deliver timely project status updates to supervisors.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Analyze project finances to address discrepancies in budgets and vendor orders.
  • Investigate any invoices or purchase orders that are delayed or under review.
  • Work closely with the Administration Supervisor to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Preferred college degree or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and leading teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
  • Familiarity with the wireless industry.
  • Ability to manage risks and make informed decisions.
  • Proven negotiation skills for complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing multiple projects, preferably with AT&T.
  • 3-5 years of site acquisition experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and ability to travel as needed.
  • Willingness to travel for job-related functions.
  • Primarily office-based work environment.
