Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Project Leader, you will:
  • Report directly to the project or construction manager, overseeing and managing electrical projects in the field.
  • Manage multiple crews and electrical projects, with man hours ranging from 15,000 to 100,000 or project values between $5M and $25M, ensuring gross margins exceed 13%.
  • Supervise a team of 2-4 supervisors, with overall responsibility for up to 70 personnel across various sites.
  • Independently initiate and oversee projects, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of production, installation techniques, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety while utilizing top-tier equipment in the industry.
  • Embody and promote our core values: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience managing high-value projects and large teams.
  • For current Foremen II and III, 2-4 years of supervisory experience is required.
  • A valid Texas state electrical journeyman license.
  • Experience with prefabrication techniques.
  • A willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • A passion for leading, developing, and recruiting a skilled team while delivering high-quality electrical work.
  • A motivation to pursue professional development opportunities, including LEED and NICET II certifications.
