Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Associate is responsible for establishing, nurturing, and enhancing relationships with both new and existing clients. This role involves delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients through effective communication, both written and verbal. The associate will accurately process transactions and manage cash flow efficiently.

They will resolve basic service inquiries by leveraging their knowledge of fundamental banking products and services, while more complex issues will be directed to the appropriate departments.

A strong understanding of the platform and teller systems is essential. The associate will proactively reach out to clients to identify additional banking needs, aiming to strengthen client relationships and achieve cross-selling objectives. They will serve as the primary contact for client issue resolution and must adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and training requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service when opening deposit accounts, servicing existing accounts, and providing account-related services.

Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately, ensuring daily balancing of the cash drawer and maintaining a high level of accuracy.


Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to security and compliance.

Address basic inquiries regarding EagleBank's products and services and identify potential sales opportunities.

Ensure proper completion of necessary documentation, including CTRs, ATM balancing, and Night Drop deposits.


Stay informed on all policies and regulations concerning customer account management, security, and compliance.

Contribute to branch sales goals and participate in outbound sales initiatives.


Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and support the branch manager with audit preparations.

Manage cash supplies and assist with cash shipment processes as needed.

Utilize TellerInsight, IBS, Deposit Origination, and SRM processing effectively.

Complete all required training in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience in cash handling.

2 years of experience in Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts or equivalent internal banking experience.

Proficient in platform and teller systems.

Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with clients.

Familiarity with deposit products and services.

Understanding of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.

Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
