Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life of a Client Relations Specialist:


As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all prospective and current residents within a multi-family residential community.

Your duties include answering inquiries and managing service requests from our residents.

Your role is crucial in the resident onboarding process, which involves showcasing new homes, completing lease agreements, and ensuring that residents' needs are addressed.

This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively, fulfilling our mission of providing outstanding service in line with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting prospective residents with information about their lease, the community, and the onboarding process.

Preparing lease documents for residents as part of the onboarding process (pets, allotments, etc.).

Ensuring all lease documentation is completed and entered into the system.


Managing and responding to resident complaints and/or service issues, coordinating with appropriate staff to address and resolve concerns.

Supporting residents during the move-out process, which may include notice to vacate and resident transfers.

Overseeing the resident lease process, including finalizing leases with residents and providing information about community and resident services.

Conducting post-turn unit inspections and completing move-in inventory inspections with new residents.

Following up with residents who have requested work orders/services or expressed issues/concerns with the community.

Managing lease renewal notifications and ensuring timely resident notice to renew or vacate.


Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure service requests are assigned, scheduled, and completed promptly.


Following up with residents to ensure services rendered meet Liberty Military Housing standards and resident satisfaction.


Fostering positive resident relations by ensuring timely responses to resident concerns and requests to guarantee satisfaction.

Participating in outreach marketing activities (e.g., market surveys, competitor analysis) regularly to attract prospective residents.

Performing other general office duties (e.g., phones, filing, special projects, and assignments as needed).


Executing various administrative and computer tasks, email communications, and inputting information/data into various software and information systems.


Composing and distributing correspondence/notices (e.g., move-out charges, renewals, and other important resident notices related to maintenance services).


Participating in property inspections (grounds, common areas, parking lots, community rooms, make-readies, quality control) to ensure the community is well-maintained according to Liberty Military Housing's quality standards.

Attending various departmental or regional meetings, resident or community events, seminars, and other work-related activities.


Adhering to all OSHA safety regulations, local applicable laws regarding health, safety, or environment, Fair Housing, and Liberty Military Housing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.


Qualifications:

What You Need for Success:
This position requires 6 months or more of experience in residential property management or a customer service role preferred.

Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboarding, Internet searching, email correspondence, mathematics, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred (e.g., Yardi, Payscan).


Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and complete assigned duties to meet operational objectives.

Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, regardless of circumstances.

Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license required).

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours, and emergencies as required.
