Overview:


This role is essential in supporting Bank offerings and services through the execution of daily sales functions with a high level of service proficiency.

Engages in reviewing financial data or participating in client support initiatives to uncover sales prospects for the broader business unit.

Facilitates the sales cycle by preparing required documentation. Ensures client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving account or product discrepancies, and managing support issues. Assists with account servicing matters that necessitate further resolution or investigation. May offer guidance to less experienced team members within the department.

Responsibilities:
Service & Support - Identifies sales prospects through detailed analysis, reporting, and daily operational support. Collaborates directly with clients to resolve issues and respond to inquiries. Assesses client needs and provides effective solutions.

May act as the primary contact for clients throughout the sales journey, assisting in calls or presentations aimed at generating business.

Documentation - Prepares client-facing documentation, which may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.

Data Analysis - Gathers, compiles, and interprets financial information. Conducts analyses to identify trends in market, product, or client data.

Product Specialist - Offers expertise in relevant areas. Aids in troubleshooting processes for both internal and external stakeholders.

May assist in developing and monitoring pricing strategies for Bank products or services, including evaluating competitor offerings and providing recommendations to enhance the appeal of Bank solutions.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations OR High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.
