Position Overview:
This role is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for managing communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both incoming and outgoing communications, providing outstanding support and accurate information tailored to client needs.
- Engage with patients, clients, insurance providers, and other relevant parties to facilitate occupational health services.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, addressing any issues immediately.
- Establish new client accounts, verifying the accuracy and completeness of information provided.
- Report results and discrepancies from drug screening processes as required.
- Complete all assigned reporting tasks accurately and on time.
- Process departmental mail daily to avoid communication delays.
- Foster open communication across all departmental branches.
- Utilize and maintain office equipment as per training guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage phone interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health services, particularly Workers' Compensation, is preferred.
- Competent in using computers, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
- Capability to sit for extended periods.
- Willingness to adapt work hours to meet departmental needs.
