Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with both new and existing clients. This role involves delivering quality service to internal and external clients through effective and professional communication, both written and verbal. Key duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service when opening deposit accounts and servicing existing accounts.
  • Accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions while balancing cash drawer daily.
  • Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures related to the position.
  • Addressing basic inquiries regarding EagleBank's products and services and recognizing sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring proper completion of required documentation and maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Contributing to branch sales goals and participating in outbound sales activities.
  • Assisting with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supporting branch management with audit preparations and cash supply management.
  • Utilizing various banking systems and tools effectively.
  • Completing required training in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of cash handling experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years in platform banking or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and products.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and policies.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
