A successful independent agent is looking for a qualified professional to fill the role of Customer Relations Representative.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service. This includes addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.

- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance options.

- As a representative, you will benefit from:

Qualifications

- Prior sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is required.

- A keen interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening abilities.

- Self-motivated and proactive in resolving issues.

- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

- Ability to present information to potential clients.

- Strong interpersonal skills to relate effectively to customers.

- Previous banking experience is preferred.

- Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.

- Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
