Role Overview:

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere that excites clients about their hair journey.

This role transcends the traditional receptionist position, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives by helping them regain their confidence and pursue their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude and assisting with reasonable requests.
  • Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately while minimizing disruption to current clients.
  • Address minor client concerns using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, communicating any escalating issues to the Client Relationship Manager and Center Manager.
  • Ensure accurate entry of all client transactions by selecting the appropriate service/product codes and payment methods.
  • Manage scheduling activities effectively, including advance bookings, wait times, service accuracy, and appointment confirmations.
  • Support the styling team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, appointment changes, retail/service add-on sales, and various administrative tasks.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of previous guest service experience.

• Familiarity with point of sale systems and other business software.

• Strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Friendly, outgoing communication style with an empathetic approach.

• Ability to engage and respond to the needs and interests of others.

• Professional communication with all individuals within the organization.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Professional appearance.
