Revenue Growth Manager

Steer is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Revenue Enablement to drive profitable revenue growth by providing end-to-end analytics and operational insights. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that Steer's revenue-driving teams are equipped with actionable data, reports, and strategic intelligence.
About the RoleThe Manager of Revenue Enablement will be responsible for leveraging sales data, customer trends, and financial information to generate actionable insights and forecasts for revenue optimization. This includes providing timely and accurate reporting through tools like Hubspot, Snowflake, Tableau, and Looker to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze revenue performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs that impact revenue, delivering clear scorecards and actionable presentations to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of two sales analysts to support their growth and achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement revenue operations strategies and processes to drive efficiency and growth.
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree in quantitative or business-related fields preferred) or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in business planning, revenue operations, sales analytics, finance, or a related area.
- 2+ years of experience in leading teams and cross-functional process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in Hubspot or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build logical analytical frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience handling sensitive information with sound judgment in what can be shared internally and externally.
