In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering impactful sales coaching initiatives that empower our Global Sales and Partner Success teams to excel as strategic advisors to our customers. You'll work closely with our Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement to oversee the documentation and management of sales enablement assets.

As a Revenue Enablement Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our revenue growth and customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about sales, have exceptional organizational skills, and are familiar with the Challenger Sales Methodology, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver skill-based and situational training programs for our Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Create and maintain intuitive documentation for sales processes and skills
  • Guide sellers in integrating the Challenger Sales Methodology into the customer journey
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance sales skills and alignment with the Challenger methodology
  • Collaborate with sales management to align with enablement initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or a related role
  • Strong preference for experience with the Challenger Sales Methodology
  • Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs and content
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
