Position Overview: National Sales Assistant

The National Sales Assistant plays a crucial role within the Sales Department of the Georgia Association of Broadcasters. This position is designed to enhance revenue generation through efficient order processing, traffic management, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Stay updated on current traffic policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Input order, traffic, and financial data utilizing various resources including computers and ledgers.
  • Engage with clients and collaborate with team members to address inquiries and resolve account issues.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and maintain files and other essential business documents.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Position Type: Full Time

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in clerical support or administrative roles, ideally within sales or media sectors.
  • High School diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers and standard office equipment.
