About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Sales Executive to join our team at American Equipment HR LLC. As a key member of our KSS Weighing Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients with multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and promote products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, meet quotas, and build relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with National Accounts Operations Manager/Director in all aspects of client relationships, presentations, quotations, etc.
  • Manage and maintain the client's account portfolio.
  • Ensure sales objectives and performance goals are met.
  • Recommend services and solutions to the clients.
  • Target high-value customers and devise deliberate strategies for getting their attention and generating traction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Sales experience a plus.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Engineering and technical experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
