Position Overview:
The Sales Outreach Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing telemarketing strategies for Mettler Toledo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in telemarketing initiatives aimed at generating new sales opportunities and promoting specific products, including service agreements and extended warranties.
  • Participate actively in outbound telemarketing campaigns and projects, ensuring effective outreach to potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough pre-qualification of customer contact lists and assess sales leads derived from various marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with customers to inform them about current offerings, Point of Sale services, and gather feedback through surveys.
  • Collaborate with Segment Marketing Managers, Area Business Managers, and Sales Representatives to implement targeted sales and service initiatives.
  • Manage account and contact data within the SAP CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process change requests in SAP to rectify customer contact details and eliminate duplicate records.
  • Document all outbound and inbound calls in SAP CRM, capturing essential customer and product information.
  • Input sales and service lead opportunities into SAP and relay them to the appropriate field representatives or distribution contacts.
  • Drive revenue growth by engaging in planned direct and service campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a call center or similar telephone-based role, with a preference for candidates with a sales background.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across departments and within both formal and informal teams.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
