Job Title: Security Account Executive

As a Security Account Executive at QFS - Quality Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer opportunities in the New York Tri-State Area. Your primary goal will be to promote our security products and services to medium and large accounts, building relationships and maintaining connections with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with medium and large accounts in the New York Tri-State Area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct site surveys, system design, estimating, and proposal writing to secure new business.
  • Meet and exceed financial goals by promoting QFS Security products and services.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of outside B2B consultative sales experience within security guard services.
  • Experience in RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) security services sales is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain service features and benefits.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, resilient, and passionate about selling.
