Job Overview

Bloom Partners Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in the Hiram, GA market. As a key member of our commercial landscaping team, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of multiple accounts to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate company vision, policies, and procedures to field employees and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with production managers to identify and address quality issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to improve processes and enhance data reporting.
  • Promote a positive team environment and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial landscaping as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Familiarity with ERP and Field Service Management software solutions.
  • Strong customer experience and relationship development skills.
  • Understanding of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
