Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Clear Channel Communications, Inc. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating advertising revenue and meeting sales targets through the creation and renewal of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of customer accounts.
  • Determine project pricing based on company guidelines and negotiate fees or services with clients as approved by management.
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering proof of performance (POP) as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 2-3 years of progressive sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Media sales experience and residency within the territory are preferred.

  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.

  • Ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
Other Requirements
  • Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
