Job Summary
This role involves developing new market opportunities and driving growth for both the company and the candidate's career. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a focus on sourcing and qualifying new leads in Greenfield environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing proactive prospecting techniques to research and engage new prospects in Greenfield accounts.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of high-quality leads and progressing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Collaborating with Business Development Representatives to design effective outreach campaigns and maximize opportunity generation.
- Leverage data and insights to identify buying signals and prioritize outreach to accounts showing intent or engagement with marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with a proven ability to generate and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Experience working with cloud-based or customer experience (CX) solutions is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use tools like 6sense and Salesforce to inform and optimize prospecting efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $78,700.00 - $146,100.00. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible work schedules, development opportunities, and a 401(k) matching program.
