TRACS Territory Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a TRACS Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory, focusing on CSG Systems products such as shop management software, technical repair software, and customer relationship management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quota and drive revenue growth in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including independent store owners and distribution center management.
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of CSG Systems software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture market share.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outside sales experience is preferred, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA degree in Management, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and general computer software, networking, and hardware.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Travel required 50%+ time, involving driving to customer locations.
