Epsilon is in search of a Senior Administrative Assistant (Sr. AA) to enhance the Corporate Administrative Services team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver comprehensive organizational and administrative assistance to high-level executives, specifically the Vice President and Senior Vice President. Reporting directly to the Manager of Corporate Administrative Services, you will collaborate closely with the broader administrative and HR teams, as well as various departments within Epsilon, including functional HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, your duties will encompass:

  • Coordinating all meeting logistics and responding to inquiries.
  • Arranging travel and managing executive schedules and calendars.
  • Handling correspondence and providing essential administrative support to senior executives.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and documenting minutes for key discussions.
  • Overseeing travel arrangements and managing expense reports on behalf of executives.
  • Managing external vendors and budgets, while actively participating in the EPIC community at Epsilon, which involves organizing company events based on seasonal and holiday themes.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong client-facing and team-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating reports, identifying issues, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience with travel arrangements and expense management.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, committed to quality and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense reporting.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with executive-level personnel.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
