Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the executive's contact database efficiently.
- Respond promptly to communications, including outside of regular business hours during travel periods.
- Utilize discretion and sound judgment in handling matters involving C-Level executives.
- Represent the organization and the executive positively through effective follow-through and decision-making.
- Prepare for executive needs by gathering information and conducting research in advance.
- Complete special projects as directed, such as organizing offsite meetings and internal events.
- Coordinate complex schedules and resolve any conflicts that arise.
- Provide general assistance to visitors as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in supporting executives, with a degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Essential Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in supporting C-Level executives in an administrative capacity is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Concur for travel and expense management is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
- Flexibility in working hours based on business requirements for projects and meetings.
