Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize their time and schedule
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO
  • Support the CEO in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and involvement in decision-making
  • Participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making with the CEO and senior management team
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the CEO
  • Research and recommend new and revised policies and strategies
  • Create and maintain systems and processes to streamline operations
Requirements

Working Conditions

Prolonged sitting is required in an office environment. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously. Work requires considerable sitting and close-up vision work. Continually communicating with staff and other healthcare professionals.
