Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager and project team, including processing vendor accounts payable vouchers, preparing vouchers for general overhead items, and verifying subcontractor insurance.
  • Financial Management: Submit department timecards, collect and review certified payrolls, and coordinate vendor activities and payments.
  • Office Operations: Sort, distribute, and process daily mail, maintain division/office files, order supplies, and provide general office support.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma and minimum 2 years of office experience required.
